John Reuter - Partner at Rippe & Kingston
Mr. Reuter has over 20 years of Information Systems Consulting, Hardware/Software Support and Software Product Development experience. Since joining Rippe & Kingston in 1985, he had held a number of technical and management positions. Today, he focuses on managing the e-business practice at R&K leveraging technologies like JAVA, WebSphere, Lotus/Domino and LANSA. He frequently speaks at user group meetings on the subject of Internet technology.

responsibilities; Thom is often a featured speaker at technical conferences and has published

Brad Mitchell - President, Data Division
Brad Mitchell was appointed President, Data Division in October, 2008. He was previously Executive Vice President of Entiera, and has also served as a member of the Board of Directors since May, 2007. Prior to Myrge Technologies, he served as President and GM of the PRIMIS MarketModels Division. Mr. Mitchell co-founded MarketModels, Inc. in 1999 and served as President and Director until its acquisition by PRIMIS Marketing Group in October, 2005. MarketModels developed web-based platforms, data products, analytic tools and prospecting systems for the direct marketing industry. MarketModels was the only company ever to make the top 10 fastest growing company in RI 5 years in a row, growing over 100% each year. Mr. Mitchell also served as VP of Sales for iMarket, Inc., a developer of CD-ROM based marketing tools which was subsequently acquired by Dun & Bradstreet. He also held various sales and management positions at Xerox.
Ted Ansushina - President & Chief Operating Officer
Ted co-founded Entiera in January, 2005, and has served as President and a Director since inception. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Ted is responsible for Entiera's Research and Development, Client Services and Internal Operations departments.
Prior to Entiera, Ted was at Accenture for over 17 years, including the last five years as Partner. In his role at Accenture, Ted was responsible for leadership of the Customer Analytics and Marketing Automation practice areas. He helped to grow this practice from start-up to over $250 million in annual revenue in less than a five year timeframe. Ted also personally led highly successful engagements in implementing customer analytics and campaign management solutions for a number of clients across the banking, telecommunications, and retail industries. Outside of Entiera, Ted serves as Director of the Malcolm W. Robinson Foundation for "Future Leaders in the area of Behavioral Science".
Ted holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. in Quantitative Analysis, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
